You change prices in three places: on the articles themselves, on the options and on the combos. For a standard price adjustment, the first part is usually enough.
Adjusting article prices#
Open the backoffice and go to Restaurant, Article, Articles (Restaurant, Artikel, Artikelen).
Select the department where you want to change prices.
Tick all articles (or make a selection) and choose Mass Modify.
Select the Prices tab (Prijzen), tick Change prices (Wijzig prijzen) and choose New (Nieuw).
Add the name of the price level. If you work with several price levels, repeat these steps for each level.
Tick Change existing price value (Wijzig bestaande prijs waarde), enter the value you want and set the rounding to 2 decimals.
Confirm twice with Ok.
Tip
First test the change on a few articles to check that the result is correct, then apply it to the rest.
Manually per article#
You can also adjust prices one by one with the keyboard:
Press the right arrow until the price column (for example Normal) is selected in red.
Press Enter, change the price and use the down arrow to jump to the next article.
Done? Confirm with Enter and repeat this for the other price columns.
Option prices#
Go to Restaurant, Article, Options (Restaurant, Artikel, Opties).
Open each option group and check whether amounts are filled in next to the choices.
Open each option article that has an amount, double-click the price, change it and confirm with Ok.
Repeat this until you have checked all options.
Combo prices#
Go to Restaurant, Article, Combo-Promo article.
Open each combo article that has an amount and double-click the price.
Change the price and confirm with Ok. Repeat this until you have checked all combos.
