With batch orders, you deliver to companies in fixed rounds and process all orders together in one batch. This is ideal for caterers, traiteurs or deliveries to offices. You can find the settings on the Batch orders tab (Batch bestellingen) under Settings, Orders.

This is an advanced feature. Want to get started with it? Contact us and we will set it up with you.
How it works#
Under Companies (Bedrijven), add the companies you deliver to, with their name and delivery address.
Your customers look up their company name in the webshop. Once they select it, that company's delivery times and payment rules apply automatically.
All orders for the same delivery round are collected and, if you switch this on, bundled in one e-mail.
The customer searches by nameResults with theiravailable times
Settings per company#
Delivery days (Bezorgdagen) and Delivery times (Bezorguren): the fixed rounds, for example 11:00, 17:00. Separate multiple times with commas. These times apply independently of your opening and delivery hours.
Cutoff: how many minutes before each round ordering closes. A 15:00 round with a cutoff of 90 closes at 13:30. 0 means customers can order right up to the delivery time.
Days ahead (Dagen vooruit): how far ahead the company can order. If you leave this empty, it follows your general setting.
Fixed delivery address (Vast bezorgadres): employees don't enter an address themselves and no delivery cost is charged. Without a fixed address, they go through the normal delivery flow.
Online payment required (Online betalen verplicht): have employees pay online straight away.
The bundled e-mail#
Switch on Enable batch orders (Batch bestellingen inschakelen) and all orders for a round are bundled on the cutoff into one e-mail to the address you set. For each customer, the e-mail contains the name, e-mail address, phone number and all orders with products, options and remarks.
If bundling is off, orders come in individually like regular orders, with an immediate confirmation e-mail for each order.
