# Adjusting prices

You change prices in three places: on the articles themselves, on the options and on the combos. For a standard price adjustment, the first part is usually enough.

## Adjusting article prices

1. Open the backoffice and go to **Restaurant, Article, Articles** (**Restaurant, Artikel, Artikelen**).
2. Select the department where you want to change prices.
3. Tick all articles (or make a selection) and choose **Mass Modify**.
4. Select the **Prices** tab (**Prijzen**), tick **Change prices** (**Wijzig prijzen**) and choose **New** (**Nieuw**).
5. Add the name of the price level. If you work with several price levels, repeat these steps for each level.
6. Tick **Change existing price value** (**Wijzig bestaande prijs waarde**), enter the value you want and set the rounding to 2 decimals.
7. Confirm twice with **Ok**.

> **Tip:** First test the change on a few articles to check that the result is correct, then apply it to the rest.

### Manually per article

You can also adjust prices one by one with the keyboard:

1. Press the right arrow until the price column (for example **Normal**) is selected in red.
2. Press **Enter**, change the price and use the down arrow to jump to the next article.
3. Done? Confirm with **Enter** and repeat this for the other price columns.

## Option prices

1. Go to **Restaurant, Article, Options** (**Restaurant, Artikel, Opties**).
2. Open each option group and check whether amounts are filled in next to the choices.
3. Open each option article that has an amount, double-click the price, change it and confirm with **Ok**.
4. Repeat this until you have checked all options.

## Combo prices

1. Go to **Restaurant, Article, Combo-Promo article**.
2. Open each combo article that has an amount and double-click the price.
3. Change the price and confirm with **Ok**. Repeat this until you have checked all combos.
