# Frequently asked questions

### My screens don't change slides at the same time

Check the effects: **Display 1** must be set as **Master**, and all other displays must use the **Fade** slide effect. This keeps the transitions in sync on all screens.

### The content is on the wrong screen

The order on the management page decides which screen gets which content: drag the displays with the blocks icon from left to right, in the order they physically hang. If several screens are connected to one media player, also check the HDMI order in Windows: it determines the physical order.

### I have several media players in one business

Each media player starts from screen 1 by default. So use separate shops for each location, so every location has its own signage environment. [Contact us](/en/support/contact) if you need us to help set that up.
