# Orders

Via **Orders** in the navigation bar, you see all open orders for the selected day. The list is on the left and the details of the selected order are on the right. On a narrow screen, the details open at the bottom.

- 1. Date bar
- 2. Filter Date / All
- 3. Order list
- 4. Detail view
- 5. Sent tickets
- 6. Open or Pay

1. **Date bar**: browse through your orders day by day, for example to check orders planned in advance.
2. **Filter**: by default, you see the selected day (**Date**). Choose **All** to see all open orders, regardless of the day. This is handy if a tab or table from yesterday is still open: it appears under the day on which it was opened.
3. **Order list**: every open order with its total and labels, such as **Tab** or **Takeaway**.
4. **Detail view**: the selected order with customer and order details.
5. **Receipts**: the order lines that have already been sent, grouped by receipt.
6. **Open or Pay**: finish the order in the order screen, or pay it straight away.

You can also find your online orders here. To learn how to handle them, read [Handling online orders](https://unipage.be/en/support/unipos-plus/orders-and-kitchen/handling-online-orders).

## Orders on a tab

If you put an order **on a tab**, it stays here until it is paid, even across several days. Tabs sync automatically via the cloud and are **shared between all your terminals**: open a tab at the bar, add to it on the handheld terminal and pay it wherever it suits.

- If a colleague is working in the tab on another device, you see a padlock: the tab is locked for a moment so you don't overwrite each other's work.
- If a tab is paid on another device, it disappears everywhere: double charging is not possible.

To learn how to put an order on a tab, read [Taking an order](https://unipage.be/en/support/unipos-plus/basic-pos-operation/taking-an-order#putting-an-order-on-a-tab).
