# Frequently asked questions

### I can't see the six tabs in the kiosk editor

Then your kiosk is probably not on the new editor yet. [Contact](/en/support/contact) our support team and we will check it and switch you over.

### Can I show a video on my kiosk?

Yes: the ambience video plays on the introduction screen instead of a still background, and draws extra attention when there is a queue at the door. Your kiosk also works fine without it.

### Where do I change the texts on the buttons?

In the screen tabs themselves: **Introduction screen** (Introductie scherm), **Main screen** (Hoofd scherm) and **Overview screen** (Overzicht scherm). The **Text colours** (Tekst kleuren) tab only changes the colour of texts, not the content. Don't forget to fill in and save each language (NL, FR, EN, DE) separately.

### Why can't I see a product on my kiosk?

The most common causes:

- The product is switched off in your [availability](https://beheer.unipage.eu/deeplink/producten/businesses), or is set to forced invisible on the product card.
- An active [menu plan](/en/support/get-started-now/menu-planning) is hiding the product at the moment.
- You work with [stock management](/en/support/unipos-plus/orders-and-kitchen/stock-management) and the product is below the minimum stock level.
